Therapy for young adults in Pittsburgh, PA

You are not behind. You’re becoming.

Hi, I'm Maggie. I'm a licensed therapist in Pittsburgh, PA (and Milly's favorite human) who works with young adults figuring out who they are outside of school, work, or everyone else's expectations. If you're anxious, running on empty, or just tired of feeling like you should have it together by now, come as you are. We'll figure the rest out together.

A space to figure out who you’re becoming

A space to figure out who you’re becoming

Does this resonate?

If life has you feeling stuck, exhausted, and alone, I’m here to help.

You don't have to have it all figured out to start. Whether you feel stuck and unsure of your next step, exhausted from trying to keep up, or alone even when you're surrounded by people, I'm here to help you slow down, get clear, and move forward, together, at your pace.

Something needs to change.

Maybe this is your sign.

Maybe you've noticed:

Everyone else seems to have a plan. You're just trying to survive Tuesday.

You're doing all the "right" things and it still doesn't feel like enough.

You're surrounded by people, but somehow still feel completely alone.

Your relationships keep leaving you anxious, exhausted, or unseen.

The world feels like it's on fire, and planning a future feels pointless.

Your pet is the only one who really gets you (and honestly? Same.)

Let's do this

Hey, I’m Maggie!

I got you.

I'm so glad you're here. I'm a licensed therapist in Pittsburgh, and I do things a little differently. I combine real clinical training with something most therapists don't have, a certified dog trainer's understanding of how bodies (yours and your pet's) actually calm down. I'm not here to hand you a worksheet and call it a day. I'm here to sit with you in the mess, help you find your footing, and remind you that you don't have to have it all figured out to start feeling better.

When I'm not in session, I'm probably outside on a walk with Milly, my therapy dog and unofficial co-therapist, or we're curled up on the couch watching YouTube and eating chips and salsa.

The Process

Reach out

Schedule a free 15-minute consult, no pressure, no forms to fill out first. We'll talk about what's going on, what you're looking for, and whether we're a good fit. You'll leave knowing exactly what working together would look like.

See change

We'll build a plan together using real, evidence-based tools, not just an hour of venting with nowhere to go. You're the expert on your life, I just help you access what you already know, and give you practical strategies you can actually use between sessions.

Keep becoming

Therapy shouldn't feel like a chore. As things start to shift, you'll notice it: more ease, more clarity, and a version of yourself that feels less like you're just getting by, and more like who you're becoming.
